Lake Ashinoko ( also known as Lake Ashi)

We were heading to grab a good seat for boat cruise at Lake Ashi.

The clear blue sky and the greenish mountain, coupled with refreshing cold breeze.

This is the view of the surrounding of the lake taken from the boat. Looks very "Holland", isn't it?
The boat looks pretty adorable & cool.

Another great view from the boat. Thank goodness the boat wasn't shaky, else, i wouldn't be able to take any still shot. : )

Boating facilities were available for smooth cruising around the lake! Mind you, it was freaking cold out there that you might shiver in cold. Nevertheless, the view was pretty breathtaking.
Hakone Komagatake Ropeway
Komagatake, the central volcanic cone of Hakone range, is 1327m above sea level. The 1800m long aerial tramway brought us up from Hakone Park to the summit. The ride took about 7 minutes.

The entrance to Komagatake Ropeway. Quite a lot of steps to the station. -_- No elevator kah? : (

The weather was getting colder as we were travelling up the summit. It's pretty high up here!

From the gondola (with capacity of 101 persons), i could enjoy panaromic view of Lake Shi & the surrounding mountains.

We were finally at the top of the hill! The view was fanstastic but it was really cold that my hands were both numb and painful after mere 5 minutes .
