MOUNT FUJI - THE MAGNIFICENT

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

It's snowing! It was actually snowflakes blown from Mt. Fuji to the Mt Fuji Visitors Centre. Hehe... was excited & went hooha over it as we did not expect to see snow during spring season.

A nice lightbox in the visitors centre telling a story about the weird adventure (journey) up to Mr Fuji.

Very nice illustration on mt. fuji stories. Since i do not understand japanese, thus have no idea on what was written there. :p

Volcano bullets which look like big rocks. Could have smashed your head if it fell on you.

Different types of Volcano, categorised by different colours.

Photo taken from the bus window. We were on the way up to Mt. Fuji! Snowy winding road indeed!

Phew! We have finally reached level 4 of Mt. Fuji. It was snowing heavily the night before, so, they only managed to clear up the snow up to Level 4. It was picturesque and the air was chilling. We barely survived for 10 minutes and my hands were both numb and painful ( despite wearing thick gloves! )

My hair was actually flying all over the place cos wind was blowing from all direction! Nice view though. : )

Bravo! I was at 2020m above sea level!

Can you imagine a stall set up on 2020m above sea level? The stall was selling squid yaki and sweet corn stick. Everyone was craving for hot warm food like this! Being gluttony, I bought a sotong yaki and munch it ! Mat Sallehs were watching from a distance as to how the sotong were being grilled and was "yucking" and " ee- ing" over it. Hehe... we Asian, eat EVERYTHING! :p

Tada! Hot Squid Yaki! Great food on a chill day up on Mt. Fuji. A must try! Yummy!
